Refund Policy

We want every parent and educator to feel safe trying BrightBridge PH. This policy explains how refunds work for paid plans, in line with the Consumer Act of the Philippines and fair-dealing practice.
1. Try before you buy
Our free tier exists so you can test worksheet quality, learning-support modes, and printing before subscribing. We encourage you to use it fully before purchasing a paid plan.
2. First-purchase guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and it isn't right for your family, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no interrogation, just a quick question about what didn't work so we can improve.
3. Subscription renewals
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period has started, except as required by law or in the situations below.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge in full once verified. These refunds are always honored regardless of timing.
5. Service failure
If a technical problem on our side prevents you from using paid features for a significant portion of a billing period, we will, at your choice, extend your subscription or refund the affected period.
6. How to request a refund
- Email hellobrightbridgeph@gmail.com from the email address on your account
- Include the word "Refund" in the subject, your payment date, and the amount
- We respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are returned through your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by payment provider, e.g., GCash, Maya, card, or bank)
7. Cases not covered
- Change of mind after the 7-day first-purchase window
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms and Conditions
- Dissatisfaction with a specific AI-generated worksheet (regeneration is free within your plan limits — content varies by nature of AI)
