Welcome to BrightBridge PH ("BrightBridge", "the Service"), operated by HAON Software Development Services, a DTI-registered business in the Philippines. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What BrightBridge is

BrightBridge generates printable, AI-created educational worksheets for Filipino elementary learners, aligned to the MATATAG curriculum framework, with optional learning-support formatting modes. Content is generated fresh by artificial intelligence based on the settings you choose.

BrightBridge is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Department of Education (DepEd) or any government agency. "MATATAG-aligned" describes our content design goal, not an official certification.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for parents, guardians, tutors, and educators. Children do not use the Service directly; adults generate and print materials for them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Provide accurate information when registering.
One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Free tier and usage limits

The Service includes a free tier with a limited number of worksheet generations per period. Limits are enforced automatically and may be adjusted from time to time to keep the Service sustainable. Attempting to bypass usage limits (for example, through multiple accounts or technical circumvention) may result in suspension.

5. AI-generated content — important disclaimer

Worksheets are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design our system to follow the MATATAG framework, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, awkward phrasing, or material that does not perfectly match your child's classroom coverage. Please review every worksheet before giving it to a learner. BrightBridge is a supplement to — not a replacement for — a child's school instruction and a parent's or teacher's judgment.

6. Your license to use worksheets

You may print, copy, and use worksheets you generate for personal, home, tutoring, and classroom use. You may not:

Resell worksheets or offer them as a paid product or bundle
Redistribute worksheets at scale (for example, uploading packs to marketplaces or file-sharing sites)
Represent BrightBridge content as officially issued by DepEd or any school

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to: access other users' data, probe or breach security measures, reverse-engineer the Service, use it to generate harmful or inappropriate content, or interfere with its normal operation.

8. Paid plans

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, inclusions, and billing terms will be shown clearly before you pay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep BrightBridge available and improving, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance. We are a small, independent Filipino team — we will always do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, HAON Software Development Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose, or ₱1,000 if you have not paid anything. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the proper courts of the Philippines, after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter directly with us first.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
